The story is one thing but the telling of the tale is what offers the most enjoyment. And even now, I tend to try new things but some are still no good for me. I commend the writer for putting in such detailed explanations, bringing life to the surroundings of all the scenes, and for tying up most of the loose ends of the story. She is, however, too spunky to be insipid and she is certainly not goody-goody like Pollyanna. from 1752 to 1808; the series also contains two supplements: 'Primae [-tertiae] decadis supplementum' in four vols. Punctuation is arbitrary, spelling mistakes annoying (eg 'riot' instead of 'not') but most annoying is the paragraphisation during conversations. Tony lives in South East London.
